operating retail & wholesale produce businesses,
restaurants, managing (16) life threatening food allergies in the hospitality industry, developing 100's of products from healing oils to beer, muffins to sustainable dog treats to teaching inner city kids how to create practical, healthy, meals made from fresh produce then moving on to consulting with real estate developers, restaurants, lounges, bakeries, and economically challenged individuals start small businesses across the globe.
